Due to popular demand Capelli Foods has created a full range of prepared ingredients, condiments, dressings and sauces available for purchase. Give that dinner party that extra ‘zing’, give it as a gift or have it the fridge just because you love it.

Chicken stock

Always a great ingredient to have on hand. Great for making last minute soups, risottos and a base for slow roasting. Made over several days with certified local organic chicken. Natures antibiotic.

Aioli

Home made fresh with quality extra virgin olive oil and happy free range chook eggs. This Aioli goes with anything!!

Jus

Made famous in Michael’s last restaurant, lovingly prepared over three days this jus is just the sauce to enhance the greatest steak.  Can also be infused with other flavours to match other meats. Try adding some dark chocolate and have over some roasted confit duck. (Also available)

Confit Duck

Arguable the best way to eat duck. Our organic ducks are raised locally and have the most sublime flavour with fall-apart tender meat.  Can be kept for long periods covered with duck fat (also great for roast potatoes). Just heat in a hot oven until crispy and you have a gourmet dinner fit to impress.

Infused salts

Add simple zing to any dish. A range of flavours are available.

Dukkah

Made fresh with a range of spices and nuts a perfect accompaniment with freshly baked Turkish bread, a good quality extra virgin olive oil and some labna (also available).

Labna

Home made from a traditional pot. Set yoghurt, infused with flavours and hung will be eaten long before its expiry date.

Café de Paris Butter

Simple butter infused with fresh herbs. A must for all good BBQs. Pair with jus and order one of our salads for a full flavoured and easy meal.

Salad dressing

A combination of oil, savoury, sour and sweet we have a full range of different dressings. A range of flavours are available from simple vinaigrette to the exotic fruits from the jaboticaba tree. Dress your salad in style.
